2 large peaches or 4 small, peeled, pitted, sliced and frozen.
10 fresh mint leaves and extra for garnish
1/4 teaspoons minced ginger
2 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. bourbon, whiskey or scotch
1 cup ice
Makes two servings.
Add all ingredients, except garnish, to a blender bowl and blend until smoothy like, pour into two chilled glasses.
