Pumpkin Pie Spice

Add the cinnamon.

Add the nutmeg.

Add the ginger.

Add the allspice and the cloves.

Mix well. Uses for Pumpkin Pie Spice are endless! Here are a few: Pumpkin Spiked Latte, White Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies, Cafe Latte or your favorite coffee drink, French toast, pumpkin pie, pumpkin mash, apple pie and yogurt….shall I go on?

Funnel spice mix into an old spice jar.

Now sprinkle.

Pumpkin Pie Spice Recipe

Makes approximately 8 tablespoons, which will fill a tall spice jar.

4 tablespoons ground cinnamon

4 teaspoons ground nutmeg

4 teaspoons ground ginger

2 teaspoons ground allspice

1 clove (if you only have either ground cloves or ground allspice and don’t want to buy the other, just use 3 teaspoons of either.)

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Makes 1 and 
3/4  teaspoons

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
